Your registration is complete once you have submitted the form along with your term prepayment and the $80 Administration fee (new customers only) to the front office. Please note, enrollment is limited and is based on a first come first served basis. Parents must pay prior to session commencement. A cancellation must be made in writing two weeks in advance before the third week of term in order to receive a refund, otherwise full fees will be charged. If cancellation is made two weeks or earlier before the commencement of term a $80 administration fee will be charged. A child will not be able to continue if there are outstanding fees from a previous term. If Simply Fun are to cancel the After School Program as per the NSW Health Dept guidelines, Simply Fun will refund the paid amount, excluding any transaction fees paid to a third-party financial institution. Simply Fun reserves the right to cancel any booking if the minimum number of participants is not reached, if this occurs the enrolment fee will be refunded. Simply Fun operates from Monday to Friday and does not require a minimum weekly booking, however, a full term booking is required to enrol your child at our centre. Sick days and personal holidays that fall on child’s enrolled day must be paid for. No make-up class available. After school programs will not run during NSW public holidays and no charge will be taken.
Children must be picked up by 6:00 PM. Please be on time! We reserve the right to charge parents $1 per minute after 6:00 pm. To avoid late fees, parents should make prior arrangements to have an authorized friend or family member pick their child in the case that they are late. Chronic or excessive late pick-up is inconsiderate to the After School Program staff and may result in your child’s dismissal from the program. The person authorized to pick up your child from After School must sign them out in the presence of the teacher dismissing them. If anyone other than the parent / guardian is picking up a child they must be listed on the Authorized Persons for Pickup List. If they are not on the list you will need to send a note/email in writing notifying the school of who will be picking them up that day. They will need to show photo ID upon request.
1) Please ensure sick children are not brought to centre for health reasons, temperature to be taken and hands sanitised prior to entrance. 2) Afternoon tea will be provided – parent / guardian is required to inform Simply Fun staff of any allergies or medical conditions. 3) Simply Fun is a nut-free centre. 4) Shoes must be removed inside premises 5) Enter / Leave premises with minimal noise and avoid loitering in foyer outside premises. 6) Children are not allowed to take home any Simply Fun toys or equipment. 7) Simply Fun staff will do their best to provide a safe environment for all kids attending our after school program, however certain actions / behaviours from kids are deemed non-negotiable, these include but are not limited to physical violence or any action that puts the student or others at risk. These behaviors will result in immediate removal from the After School setting and parents may be notified to come pick up their children.
Change in days can only be made if notice is given and spots are available.
Simply Fun reserves the right to postpone, cancel or to vary the program(s) to deal with any unforeseen circumstances. I understand that whilst every measure will be taken by Simply Fun to prevent physical injury, this is still a potential risk of participation. I hereby indemnify Simply Fun or its staff against any claim by me on behalf of the above-named child in relation to any injury sustained to my child’s person or any damage sustained to their property. Should a child require medical assistance or hospital treatment, I hereby authorise the Simply Fun staff to obtain this assistance if needed.
