After School Programs

Why choose Simply Fun?

Your child will receive personalised and in-depth care with a focus on academic, social, physical and creative growth. On top of the usual after-school program services such as afternoon tea and homework help, we also offer a wide variety of classes to suit every child’s interests.

Where do you pick up from?

Currently we pick up from: Chatswood Public School, Roseville Public School, Willoughby Public School and Artarmon Public School in 2020.  Spots are limited so we cannot guarantee places.

What are the hours available?

The ‘school run’ pick up will commence at 3pm, following arrival at the centre at 3:30pm children will complete their homework and start their classes, the program will end at 6:00pm and parents must arrive to collect their children no later than this time.

How do I enrol?

You simply need to complete this form (please insert the after school program form page) and return it to us via email (booking@simplyfun.com.au) or in person.  $80 enrolment fee is required to secure your spot.  For detailed information please contact us or call us on (02) 8593 3177.

Do I have to book for full week?

You can enrol in whichever days you’d like for the full term, we also offer individual classes which can be booked via the Classes page on our website.

Do we have a free trial?

Unfortunately, we do not provide free trial for after school program, you still welcome to join one day trial for $55 before joining us in term.

How do I pay my fees?

Payment can be made in person at the front desk or via bank transfer.

What is your cancellation/ changes policy?

If you wish to cancel your enrolment once term has commenced, you are required to provide two weeks’ notice in writing by no later than the third week of the term. Failure to do so will result in full fees being charged for the term or the bond being withheld.

How do you transport students from school to centre?

Students are transported by car, mini-bus or by walk from their school to our centre in the company of our staff each of whom will have a full Working with Children’s Check and First Aid certification.

How do you divide the classes in age groups?

Classes are divided into two age groups; 5 to 8 years old and 9 to 12 years old.

What is the qualification of Simply Fun team?

All our staff members are carefully picked and are specialised in their fields; each staff member has a Working with Children Check and are qualified in First Aid.

How do I find your centre?

We are next to Chatswood station and opposite to Gloria Jean’s Coffees on Victoria Avenue, if you enter through the walkway next to the Beyond Bank and take the lift to level 1 we’ll be right in front of you!

How do I book?

You can book online on our Classes page, give us a call at 85933177, email us at booking@simplyfun.com.au or drop in to book a session, we’re always happy to help!

Do I need to book in advance?

For all classes we ask you to book in 24 hours in advance.  

Do I have to book for the full week?

You can enrol in whichever days you’d like for the full term, we also offer individual classes which can be booked via the Classes page on our website.

How do I pay my fees?

Payment can be made in person at the front desk or via bank transfer upon the receipt of our invoice.

Do we have a FREE trial?

Before 28 February 2020, we still provide free trials! You simply need to like our Facebook page, follow us on Instagram or join us on WeChat, staff will ask for proof of these actions upon arrival at the center.

Starting from 1 March 2020, our first trial class is $10 and it will convert into credits for your next purchase. 

Alternatively, you can purchase our 3-class trial package, please note that the trial package cannot be used in conjunction with the first trial.

What is your makeup class policy?

If you cannot attend your class for whatever reason you must let us know a minimum of 12 hours in advance or fees may still apply.  Exceptions apply if a medical certificate is provided.  Direct Debit customers have up to 2 make up lessons per 10 weeks.  

What is the instructor to student ratio?

We have a minimum 1:3 and maximum 1:6 ratio which is why it is vital that you book in advance.

Is birthday party deposit refundable?

Our birthday party spots are limited and are usually booked out fast.  In order to reserve your spot and secure booking with our contractors, we require $200-400 non-refundable and non-transferrable deposits.

Do you run school holiday camp?

Yes, our centre is open during school holidays and we run both holiday camps and classes. Regular class timetable might change during school holiday, please contact us for details.
